		<description>I think the most important point you made here was that you have to remember to put it in the journal - whatever form. It&#039;s even better if you can have video of the professional doing it. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;But, once it is down, you have to have the drive to actually practice it, the ability to film yourself, the humility to be able to see that isn&#039;t right, and then the courage to try it again. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I love the quote you put in there by Colvin. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Nice work.</description>
