Ever wonder why dance communities struggle to gain traction, attract students, and pay the bills?

As a traveling dancer I’ve seen far too many communities on the decline or, worse yet, falling apart altogether.  Why is that?

As dancers we’re all too often misled into believing that a passion for dance is enough, that effective business strategies don’t apply to performance art.  Yet what happens when your classes are empty, your teachers are disheartened by the lack of interest (and a paycheck), and your events are poorly attended.

Dance communities fall apart because they are often run and maintained by hundreds of volunteer hours.  They subsist on donated time which will inevitably dry up as circumstances change.  Without rewards for time and energy dance communities only survive because of the passions of a very few overworked individuals and a constant influx of fresh volunteers.

This is a broken system and needs change.

As a dancer you aren’t supposed to be a starving artist.  Trust me on this, starving artist is overdone and not worth its meager weight.  You need proven and effective social media marketing and business strategies.

I’m here to help you, whether you are an individual dancer, a community member or a studio owner.  I work to help people like you create profitable and sustainable communities of dancers who thrive on excellence.

I’ve been a dancer for 8 years, having traversed many communities from local to international and everywhere I look communities are struggling to survive.  Dancing shaped me into the person I am today.  It is one of my greatest and deepest joys.  Yet it saddens me when I see communities barely filling classes just to the point where they break even, poorly attended events, and downtrodden leaders.

I work to stop that from happening to your dance community.  I help build thriving and sustainable communities where you can share your passion for dance.
